"Friendly staff, but check-in could be clearer"
The staff here were really friendly and helped us get checked in quickly, which I appreciated. The room was fine overall and we didn’t run into any major problems. I just wish the instructions had been a bit clearer upfront, since we weren’t totally sure what to do at first...

"Pretty good deal overall"

"Booking issue got sorted out fast"
I had a little issue with my booking, but customer service fixed it quickly. They were really nice about the whole thing too, so yeah, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Honestly, I felt safe right away"
I stayed here for one night my first reaction was just, okay, this place feels safe. The doors locked properly, the parking lot was well lit, and there were staff around when we got back late. Nothing felt sketchy or off at all, which was a big relief

"Nice stay overall, just a slow shower drain"
Overall, I had a good stay and the bathroom was clean, which I really appreciated. The only issue was that the shower drained a bit slowly, so water started to pool while I was using it. Not a huge deal, though, and everything else felt well kept and comfortable.

I stayed for one night, and based on my experience, the final charge was right in line with what I saw when I booked. The taxes and deposit were laid out clearly enough, and when I checked my card, the amount matched the receipt with no surprise charges.
The only small downside was that the email receipt took a little while to come through. Still, everything added up the way it should, and I really appreciated not having to deal with any weird extra fees...

"Probably Just Bad Timing"
I had a pest issue pop up at the worst possible time, and I think a lot of the frustration came down to bad timing. I reached out when things were already getting hectic, so it took a bit longer than I hoped to get everything sorted. Once they came out, they were helpful and explained what was going on. I just wish I had called sooner before it got to that point.

"Better than I thought for the price"
I only stayed one night, but the place surprised me. The bed was comfy, the WiFi worked without any drama, breakfast was decent, and the room was clean enough. Nothing fancy or luxurious, so don’t expect some five-star experience. Actually, you know what, for the price, I can’t really complain at all. It did exactly what I needed it to do.

I had a good experience with the breakfast. The hot items seemed fresh, the coffee was decent, and the staff did a nice job keeping everything stocked. My only small complaint is that I wish there had been a bit more fruit available, but overall it was a solid breakfast...

"I only stayed one night because I had..."
I only stayed one night because I had an early thing the next morning, and I was happy with the room. It was really clean right away when I walked in, the bathroom looked fresh, the sheets smelled clean, and I didn’t notice dust on the tables or lamps.

I’m the kind of person who checks corners and looks under stuff a little, mostly out of habit from past hotel stays, and everything seemed fine. Nothing super fancy or over the top, but it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for the night. I’d stay again

"Honestly, the place was kept up well"
We stayed here for one night, i thought the property was in good shape. The hallways were clean, the lights all worked, and our room didn’t feel run down or neglected. Sure, there were a couple little spots that could probably use some touch-ups, but it wasn’t anything worth making a big deal about. For the price, I really don’t think it was bad at all.

The wifi was good the whole time I was there. I worked from the room streamed a little at night and it never kept cutting out like I’ve had happen at other hotels. Made the stay a lot easier

"Booking was easy, canceling was "okay""
I booked a room on qualityinn.com and it was quick. The confirmation came through right away, which was nice. I ended up needing to cancel later, and it worked fine, but I did have to poke around a bit to find the cancel option. Overall, it wasn’t a big deal, just a little less "simple" than the booking part.

"Room smelled fresh and clean"
I only stayed for one night, but I was happy that the room smelled clean and fresh. I was a little worried there might be an old smoke smell, but I didn’t notice anything like that. The hallway by the ice machine was a bit musty, so it wasn’t perfect, but the air in the room itself was totally fine.

"This place was close to pretty much..."
This place was close to pretty much everything we needed, which made getting around super simple. Parking was easy too, easy easy, so that was a nice bonus.
